Returns:
If it should happen that you have to send an item (device, system, etc.) to us for repair/guarantee purposes, so below you find some documents, which are intended to be accessed from you by clicking on, to be fulfilled and to be sent to us by E-mail (info@bair-technology.de) or Fax (+49 8442 9 686 955) first, in the next step you are requested to print the same documents and put them in a document shipping envelope which will be fixed on the top or the side of the package/pallet during transport to us. So, we can identify surely your consignment. The necessary documents are:
- RMA-Return Material Authorization in German / English which is intended to be used from customers in the European Union (EU). For this purpose, please click HERE.
- RMA-Return Material Authorization, only in English which is intended to be used from customers outside the european union (Non-EU). For this purpose, please click HERE.
